NMWC Colour combo

Time for another challange at NMWC, this time the topic is a colour combo of beige, regal rose and pretty in pink, a colourcombo I do not use very often :)

I altered a small book I had in my stash and ....voilá

 

The stamps I used are from Katzelkraft (still love the wonky Eifeltower) and invoke arts (for the tags).

Shoes and hat are sizzix dies that were really happy to be used after such a long time.

follow the yelllow brick road - altered book

a while ago - being all enthusiastic about altering books - I made my own Wizard of Ozz landscape which I want to share with you now (having completly forgotten about the pics, but remembering it well when hopping over to http://cmoh.blogspot.de/).
I love the story of a great friendship, a friendship that even wins against the bad witch-together.

For the tree I used my cricut, stamps are from creavil and some images from Dover.

It was a lot of fun building it up and I hape you enjoyed the walk.

altered book Halloween

this is a book I made a while ago. But with Halloween coming I thought I show you

It was a lot of fun altering that book and making it into a kind of shrine. It now decorates my entrance with a big skull to keep it open...

Altered book

Inspired by the incredible artwork of Sue Blackwell (you really should check her out) I thought I give it a try and altered this 2nd hand book as part of my guest designer projects for de Stempelwinkel:

Not being a scissor artist like her I used Sizzix dies and my cricut.
